To streamline our scheduling process and enhance our service, we will no longer be sending confirmation texts 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. Instead, you will receive a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that this reminder is automated, and responses will not be monitored.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office directly at 631-424-0404. To ensure we can assist you promptly, we kindly ask that you make any changes to your appointment over the phone.
FEES
The fee is $40 per hour, per lady, for cleaning and will be due on the day of the appointment unless other payment options have been arranged.
SCHEDULING
Cleanings are by appointment only and can be scheduled by phone. If you are on a recurring schedule, you hold a place on that scheduled day. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment, your recurring schedule is not affected unless changed by the office.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to the card you have provided for your file.
A credit card will be on file for each client and will be charged if payment is not made at the time of service or if an appointment is canceled within 48 hours. Your fee is based on an hourly rate.
